Thank you for filling out the Final Walkthrough form. An OMEC Staff member will be in touch with you soon to schedule your Final Walkthrough appointment!

Final Walkthrough Reminders:

• Please keep in mind the Final Walkthrough is OUR time to go over important venue details and not a planning time with your other vendors. You may bring other vendors with you (florist, planner, etc.) but please plan to meet with them after our scheduled time. Please allow 1 hour for our meeting.

• For your sake, we have a maximum number of 4 people you may bring with you. If this is an issue, please call Joy at (256)-310-1574.

• Please bring your $500 Damage Deposit Check written out to “Oak Meadow Event Center.” After your event, we will survey the grounds to determine if there are any damages. If there are no damages, we will return your check to the provided address no later than 2 weeks after your wedding.

• At the Final Walkthrough we will create your layout for the ceremony and reception, unless you have already created one with your Planner. If you already have one, please bring this with you to our meeting.
