Also HIGHLY recommend hiring Katie Gallman (Joy's daughter) to be your Wedding Coordinator. She made sure that our wedding went on without a hitch. She even helped re-stage the ceremony decor with twenty minutes to spare. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day rather than stressing about the little details. Having someone who knows the venue in and out.. and is able to communicate with vendors is priceless.
